What we collect and where it comes from

We collect information directly from you when you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a producer, buyer or distributor, and your message. Our website platform also records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Giving us your details is voluntary, but we need your name, email address and message to reply to your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a possible business relationship, and to keep our website secure and free from spam. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for unsolicited marketing, and we do not make automated decisions or create profiles about you.

Who we share it with

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes data on our behalf. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes limited technical information (such as your IP address and how you interact with the page) to detect spam and abuse; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Some of this data may be processed outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the UK-US data bridge are in place. We may also share information where required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work. Non-essential cookies (for example analytics) are only used if you agree to them through our cookie banner, where you can accept, decline or choose which cookies to allow. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences button on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case we keep it for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.

Your rights
